Util-Assist Earns Great Place to Work Certification

For the third year in a row, Util-Assist is thrilled to announce that the company has been re-certified by Great Place To Work.
The company is especially proud of this continuing recognition since certification is solely based on it’s employees’ perceptions and their survey results. Accreditation is a two-step process that includes surveying employees across five dimensions (credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie) and completing a culture questionnaire.
This year Util-Assist achieved it’s best survey results to date, with 93% agreeing that “Util-Assist is a great place to work” and positive results (>87% on average) returned across all five of the dimensions.
Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver substantial revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a certified great workplace and employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work.
This certification demonstrates to the market that Util-Assist is an employer of choice while also helping Util-Assist become an even better workplace through reporting, analysis, and follow up actions based on employee feedback. The Great Place To Work badge provides proof from it’s own employees that Util-Assist is indeed a great place to work.
