Lesley Gallinger of IESO Named 2023 EHRC Leader of the Year
Electricity Human Recourses Canada (EHRC) is pleased to announce Lesley Gallinger as the recipient of this year’s Leader of the Year award. Lesley’s exemplary leadership is characterized by her commitment to fostering an inclusive, valuesbased culture and implementing a robust equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy, which has significantly elevated dialogue and cross-functional collaboration.
“Under Lesley’s leadership, we have successfully implemented people programs aimed at creating an environment of inclusivity, and attracting, growing and retaining highly skilled and diverse talent,” said Robin Riddell, the IESO’s Vice-President of Human Resources. “The accomplishments we achieved in the last year reflect her ability to motivate people from across the IESO to embrace our powerful purpose and work together to achieve common goals.”
The Award will be formally presented to Lesley at the annual Awards of Excellence in Toronto on February 15th.
