Eaton Expands Its Montreal Innovation Center Focused on R&D for the Energy Transition

Eaton recently announced the expansion of its newest global Innovation Center near Montreal in Brossard, Quebec less than a year after its opening. After developing cutting-edge software in the region for nearly 40 years, last year the company announced its Innovation Center focused on the research and development of distributed energy resources (DER) technologies. Now, Eaton is adding 9,000 square feet and 50 more highly specialized jobs to the facility, bringing a total of approximately 200 jobs to Brossard.
