Spark Power has announced the appointment of Roger Ethier as General Manager, Distribution Services, Western Canada, based in Edmonton.

“Roger brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the utility construction and infrastructure sector. He has a strong track record of leading complex operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering consistent results in safety-critical environments. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across distribution and utility services, where he has helped scale operations, enhance execution, and support long-term customer relationships,” the company said in their announcement on LinkedIn.
